Please read the following notes on registering for the conference, then click on the link to access the registration page.
Individuals have a choice as to whether to be resident or non-resident. Non resident attendees only need to pay the conference fee which includes lunch. Those paying for accommodation will also have breakfast and an evening meal.
Parties and couples - Please fill in one registration form per individual.
A conference fee of £35 per day is payable for all attending the conference - please indicate in the boxes which days you wish to attend. For those requiring overnight accommodation, bed and breakfast is available on campus in the student accommodation blocks Chetwynd and Bodeites. There are also off campus locations at both the Manor Conference Centre literally just across the road (a 5-10 minute walk) and at the Premier Travel Inn about a 10 minute drive. Accommodation off campus should be booked direct, the numbers of the Manor and Premier Travel Inn are below:-

Please note accommodation on campus is limited to 120 and will be over subscribed. In fairness to others wishing to attend we cannot hold accommodation without receiving payment for more than a week after the on-line registration is received.
Twin rooms in a school are obviously limited and all on-site accommodation for couples has already been booked.
Notes on site Accommodation
All remaining rooms are single occupancy
Chetwynd is the girls house. Accommodation consists of single ensuite study bed rooms. The rooms are relatively small but otherwise are equivalent to a three star hotel. Internet access is available in the comfortable common room. There will be a matron on duty.
Bodeites is one of the boys houses. Accommodation is cheap but basic. Facilities are shared off the corridor and there are no locks on doors. Valuables can be left in the Matrons safe.
Accommodation is on a full board basis providing Breakfast, Lunch and Supper.
Conference Dinner ** SOLD OUT **
This is always over subscribed and numbers are strictly limited. There will be a more modest meal provided for those residential attendees booking too late for the conference dinner.
